By accessing or using the SocialFuse platform, website (socialfuse.net), or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).

4.1. Platform Dependencies

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok). Use of these features is subject to the respective platforms' Terms of Service.

4.2. No Guarantee

SocialFuse is not responsible for changes, downtime, or data restrictions imposed by these third-party providers. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific API integration.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1. Billing

Certain features are paid. Payments are processed via third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal.

5.2. Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Cyprus law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish through the Service.

6.2. License

You grant SocialFuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, host, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3. SocialFuse IP

All software, design, and branding associated with SocialFuse are the exclusive property of SocialFuse LTD.

7. Limitation of Liability (Critical)

7.1. "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALFUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2. Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCIALFUSE LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

7.3. Total Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SOCIALFUSE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold SocialFuse LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your violation of third-party platform policies.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

9.2. By SocialFuse

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or if required by legal authorities or API providers.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

10.2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Limassol Court, Cyprus.
